A Wedding at Villa Ragalie: Julie & Titus' Perfect Day

Some weddings just feel different—not because of the flowers or the decor (although, let’s be real, this one had both in spades), but because of the people. Julie and Titus’ wedding at Villa Ragalie in Corbett, OR, was one of those weddings. It wasn’t just about saying “I do.” It was about celebrating who they are, the things they love, and the people who mean the most to them. And honestly? It was an absolute blast to capture.

A Venue with Meaning

Villa Ragalie isn’t just any venue—it’s part of the groom’s family, which made every corner of it feel personal. There’s something really special about getting married in a place that already holds memories, and it made the entire day feel intimate, even with all the grandeur. The outdoor space was like a scene from a fairy tale—lush greenery, classic white touches, and just the right amount of lavender to add a soft, romantic feel.

The Couple & Their Style

Julie and Titus are the kind of couple that makes you feel like you’ve known them forever—easygoing, fun, and totally in sync. One of my favorite things about their wedding was how they made sure it reflected them. A lot of people might bring their personality into their wedding through small details, but these two? They brought their cars and guns. And let me tell you, that made for some seriously fun photos.

We took some portraits with their cars, adding a little edge to the classic romance. Then, there were the shots with their firearms—not something you see every day in wedding photography, but it completely fit who they are. It was playful, a little dramatic, and 100% them.

The Emotions of the Day

If I had to sum up the vibe of the day in one word? Joy. From the quiet, emotional moments—like when Julie’s dad saw her in her dress for the first time—to the all-out party on the dance floor, it was pure happiness from start to finish. Titus’ face when Julie walked down the aisle? Priceless. The way they looked at each other during their first dance? The kind of love story you see in movies.

But beyond the couple, their families were just as incredible. There was laughter, a few tears, and so much love packed into one day. Their people showed up for them, and you could feel how much everyone genuinely wanted to celebrate these two.

What It’s Like Working With Me

If you’re wondering what it’s like to have me as your wedding photographer, this day is a perfect example. I want to capture you—not just staged perfection, but the real, in-between moments. The way your partner looks at you when you’re not paying attention. The little happy tears before the ceremony. The loud, goofy laughter when your best friend makes a ridiculous toast. And yes, even the epic shots of your car or whatever else makes your day yours.

Julie and Titus’ wedding was a dream to photograph, and if their day is anything to go by, their marriage is going to be one incredible adventure. Cheers to a lifetime of love, fast cars, and making unforgettable memories!
